Our 3 step coating process is specifically designed for a beautiful and durable finish that will delight your family and guests for years.

Step 1:

A zinc chromate plating is applied on the base metal for better adhesion, durability and to help prevent rust.

Step 2:

A clear powder coat is also baked on to protect against UV rays and provides an even more durable, scratch resistant finish and helps prevent fading.

Step 3:

We bake on a beautiful antique copper vein powder coat.

Also:

Each top is laser cut in one piece, for a smoother cleaner appearance. All tops are interchangeable.

Ball bearings:

We use high quality sealed ball bearings in our windcups to keep them spinning freely with even the slightest breeze.
