What is your lead Time?
Our Cowhide and Leather products ship in 4-6 weeks, but this can change based on the season.
Do you use Naugahyde, faux leather or split leather?
No. Only the finest full grain leather processed with the finest tanning techniques is used to build your furniture.
Do your cowhides shed or emit odor?
No. We use only the finest Brazilian Hair on Hide cowhides also processed with the finest tanning techniques is used to build your furniture.
Do you have real alligator or crocodile skins?
No. Reptile skins are non porous and have a tendency to dry out, crack and split. You can alleviate that to a certain degree with constant care, but it is very high maintenance. Our alligator and crocodile patterns are stamped on the same full grain leather we use for the smooth parts of our furniture, which is cowhide. Cowhide tanned properly is one of the most durable leathers available for sitting on and leaning back against.
Do you offer a Military or Law Enforcement discount?

How do I get my Military or Law Enforcement discount?
You can use any of these forms of ID to get your discount:
1. A Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), or.
2. A Department of Defense (DoD) Identification Card—either a Common Access Card (CAC) or Uniformed Services ID Card, or.
3. A state-issued driver's license or ID with a Veterans designation.
What is your return policy?
ALL OUR FURNITURE IS BUILT SPECIFICALLY TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED
What if I need to cancel a custom furniture order?
Once the order has begun you can not cancel it.
If you cancel before any leather or cowhides have been cut and work hasn't yet begun, you will be issued a full refund if paid by check. If you paid with a card, you will be issued a full refund minus the processing fees both ways which is 6% of the total amount including freight. That is because that is what it cost us from the bank that processes our payments.
Do you have anything in stock? No. We build our furniture specifically to your needs.
Can I provide my own material?
Yes, you can. We will tell you how much to get so we have the right amount.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, at 4 pieces we offer 10% off. If you have a much larger requirement we will quote that based on your order, so please call, text or email.
What shipping do you use?
We choose from the best freight companies available that service the area we are shipping to. Our goal is to get your new furniture to you safely so you can start enjoying it as soon as possible.
Do you deliver to all states?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states only
