PLEASE CALL FOR CURRENT LEAD TIMES,
depending on the season. All shipments are insured.
Upon delivery, please inspect all boxes or packaging prior to signing for the shipment.
We use only the best carriers but please understand that everybody is human.
If you sign for an item that is damaged,
we have no recourse to get the freight company to be responsible for it.
We inspect every piece before it is shipped to make sure it leaves our dock in perfect shape.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Please remember that all of our furniture is custom made. We do not
stock any furniture in our warehouse. Because of this we do not accept
any cancellations once the leather has been cut for your order.
Please take the time to make your decision carefully.
We will correct any issue due to our mistake at no charge
Limited Lifetime Warranty Information
Every piece of our cowhide and leather furniture is covered by our Limited Lifetime
Warranty which protects you for a lifetime against manufacturers defects on the
hardwood frame and suspension system. Our European leathers are covered for 5
years against defective dye-lots, cracking and peeling. (Please see below for
recommended leather cleaners and conditioners.)

Each piece of furniture is handcrafted one at a time and tested along the way.
Our European Leathers are chosen to insure the best hides, tanned by the highest
standard tanning process. This is important for the Hides to maintain their integrity by not
shedding or ever emitting odors.

We default to medium for ALL orders unless specified by you the customer
Please note:
Cushion material will soften over time and the cushion that starts off soft may become too
mushy in the long run, this is why we recommend medium unless you
prefer firm for medical reasons
