Are you based in the United States?

Yes! Tennessee and Texas.

Are your products made in America?
Yes! Texas

What is your lead Time?
6-8 weeks, but this can change based on the season.

Do you use Naugahyde, faux leather or split leather?
No. Only the finest full grain leather processed with the finest tanning techniques is used to build our furniture.

Do your cowhides shed or emit odor?
No. We use only the finest Brazilian Hair on Hide cowhides also processed with the finest tanning techniques is used to build our furniture.

Do you have real alligator or crocodile skins?
No. Reptile skins are non porous and have a tendency to dry out, crack and split. You can alleviate that to a certain degree with constant care, but it is high, high maintenance. Our alligator and crocodile patterns are stamped on the same full grain leather we use for the smooth parts of our furniture, which is cowhide. Cowhide tanned properly is one of the most durable leathers available for sitting on and leaning back against.

Do you offer a Military or Law Enforcement discount?
Yes! Both. You will receive 10% off of our published price. Thank you for your service!

How do I get my Military or Law Enforcement discount?
You can use any of these forms of ID to get your discount:
1. A Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), or.
2. A Department of Defense (DoD) Identification Card—either a Common Access Card (CAC) or Uniformed Services ID Card, or.
3. A state-issued driver's license or ID with a Veterans designation.

What is your return policy?
Horns, Weathervanes and Hair on Hides are returnable for a full refund of the price of the product if they haven't been modified. You will be responsible for the freight both ways unless something was our fault.
Custom furniture is not returnable.

What if I need to cancel a custom furniture order?
As long as no material has been cut or any special order pieces required to complete your order can be cancelled, you can cancel the order for a full refund. If leather or cowhides have been cut, or special order materials or parts have been received, you can still cancel the order, but we will deduct the out of pocket expenses incurred from your refund.

Do you have anything in stock?
No. We build our furniture specifically to your needs.

Can I provide my own material?
Yes, you can. We will tell you how much to get so we have the right amount.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, at 4 pieces we offer 10% off. If you have a much larger requirement we will quote that on based on your order, so please call, text or email.

What shipping do you use?
We choose from the best freight companies available that service the area we are shipping to. Our goal is to get your new furniture to you safely so you can start enjoying it as soon as possible.

Do you deliver to all states?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states only
